Truity's tests are designed for individuals who are taking the tests for their own self-knowledge. Assessments that are intended to be used for hiring or selection include safeguards against test-takers skewing their responses to produce a particular result. More importantly, although a person's personality type can be very helpful in helping to figure out which careers may be a good fit for them, a person's personality type is not a reliable indicator of whether or not they will be successful in a role or position.
In other words, using our tests for recruiting, hiring or selection may not produce meaningful results and would not be a good use of your resources.
