Are your assessments valid and reliable?
Yes. All of our premium assessments have been studied extensively to ensure reliability and validity. You can view the TypeFinder research report here.
Can I use Truity assessments to help me hire the right people?
We do not recommend our assessments for use in hiring or selection. See Which of Your Tests Do You Recommend for Hiring Purposes for more information.
What is required to set up an account?
There are no certification requirements and you do not need to submit any information to set up an account. To get started, simply purchase some test credits using the calculator here.
Can I try out a demo of the Truity at Work platform?
Do I need to use test credits within a certain time period? Do credits expire?
No, test credits do not expire. You can purchase ahead of time to take advantage of the best pricing, and use your credits whenever you are ready.
Can I configure my account so that the test-taker does not see their results? I would like to be the only one with access to the results.
We do not currently offer this option. The test-taker is shown their results immediately after completing the assessment.
Is there a quicker way to send tests to a large group?
Yes, there is a feature you can enable in your account which allows you to send a single link and 8-digit code to your entire group instead of registering them one by one. Please view our Sending and Using Tests in our Truity at Work User's Guide for more details.
