How do pre-purchased tests work?

• One pre-purchased test is used to send a single assessment to one user.

• If you would like to send more than one assessment to a user, you'll need to purchase a separate test for each assessment you'd like to send. For example, if you want to send both the DISC Personality Assessment and the TypeFinder for the Workplace to 3 different users, you'll need to pre-purchase 6 tests.

• When you send an assessment on your Manage Tests page, a test is deducted from your account balance when you send the test.

• A test can be canceled up until the user has completed the assessment. Canceling a test will return the test to your account balance.

• Pre-purchased tests may be used for any of the tests that are offered through the Truity @ Work platform. When you send a test, you'll see the option to select which of our tests you'd like them to take. 

• Pre-purchased tests do not expire.
