Using the Button Bar (the buttons at the top of your Manage Tests tab), the following actions can be performed for up to 100 users at once:
You can find detailed instructions on the pages linked above, but here is a brief overview of how the functionality works:
- Select the users you want to perform the action for by checking the boxes to the left of their names. You can select up to 100 users (see note below).
- After you've selected all of your users, click the appropriate button in the Button Bar. If the action is nested under the More button, you'll need to select the appropriate action from the dropdown menu after you've clicked the More button.
- After you've selected the action, you'll progress through the relevant windows for the selected action, until you've completed the action.
Note: If you need to perform an action for more than 100 users, we suggest splitting your group into folders, with 100 or fewer users per folder. Then perform the action for each folder.
