You have the option to remove a user up until the point that they have completed a test that you've sent to them. If you need to remove a user who has completed a test, contact us for assistance.
Remove One User:
- Find the user on your Manage Tests page and click the three dots in the Actions column to the far right of their name.
- If the user has any tests pending, you must cancel them first. To do so, click Cancel Tests in the dropdown box to cancel their tests. Then click the three dots in the Actions column again before going to the next step.
- Click Remove User in the menu that pops up and then confirm the action.
Remove Multiple Users:
- Select the users you wish to remove by clicking the boxes to the left of their names on your Manage Tests page.
- If any of the users selected have tests pending, the tests will automatically be canceled and returned to your account after the user has been removed.
- After you have selected all of the users, click the More button in the Button Bar (the button with three dots).
- Select Remove Users from the menu that pops up and then confirm the action.
