After you've added a user, you are able to edit their name or email address up until the point they have used the test link to log into our site. If you do not see the Edit User option when following the instructions below, this means the user has logged into their account and you are no longer able to edit their information.
To Edit a User's Name or Email Address
- Find the user on your Manage Tests page and click the three dots in the Actions column to the far right of their name.
- Click Edit User in the dropdown box, edit their information in the window that pops up, and click the Save button.
