Your Activity tab provides a complete log of your testing activity. As this information can be extensive, the Filter List at the top of the tab allows you to filter the activity.
See below for a description of what will be included when the following filter options are checked and applied.
Balance Changes include activity that increases or decreases your test balance:
- Other Changes - Lists the dates that tests were purchased or were used to upgrade tests taken within the account (as opposed to a test sent to someone else). Also notes any actions performed by Truity admins that affected your test balance.
- Test Sent - Lists the dates that you sent tests to your users.
- Tests Canceled - Lists the dates tests sent to users were canceled.
User Activity includes activity that does not affect your test balance:
- User Changes - Lists the dates users were added, removed, or edited.
- Reminders - Lists the dates reminder emails were sent to users.
