You can cancel a test after it's been sent to a user, if they have not yet completed it. Canceling a test will return the test to your test balance.
Cancel a Test for a Single User:
- Find the user on your Manage Tests page and click the three dots in the Actions column to the far right of their name.
- Select Cancel Test from the menu that pops up. A window will pop up asking you to confirm the action. If the user has taken multiple tests, you'll have the option to select which test(s) to cancel.
- Click Yes, Cancel Test(s).
Cancel a Test for Multiple Users:
- Select the users you wish to remove on your Manage Tests page by clicking the boxes to the left of their names.
- After you have selected all of the users, click the More button in the Button Bar (the button with three dots).
- Select Cancel Test from the menu that pops up. A window will pop up asking you to confirm the action. If the users have taken multiple tests, you'll have the option to select which test(s) to cancel.
- Click Yes, Cancel Test(s).
