Canceling Tests

You can cancel a test after it's been sent to a user, if they have not yet completed it. Canceling a test will return the test to your test balance.

Cancel a Test for a Single User:

1. Find the user on your Manage Tests page and click the three dots in the Actions column to the far right of their name.
2. Select Cancel Test from the menu that pops up. A window will pop up asking you to confirm the action. If the user has taken multiple tests, you'll have the option to select which test(s) to cancel.
3. Click Yes, Cancel Test(s). 

Cancel a Test for Multiple Users:

1. Select the users you wish to remove on your Manage Tests page by clicking the boxes to the left of their names.
2. After you have selected all of the users, click the More button in the Button Bar (the button with three dots).
3. Select Cancel Test from the menu that pops up. A window will pop up asking you to confirm the action. If the users have taken multiple tests, you'll have the option to select which test(s) to cancel.
4. Click Yes, Cancel Test(s).
