Exporting Test Result Data

The Truity @ Work platform allows you to export limited test result data for your users:

• Exported data will be in a CSV file.
• The data is limited to 100 users at a time.
• The data will include only the high-level test result data, such as the user's type and/or essential scores.
• The export will always include the user's most recent test results for each type of data. If a user takes the same test again, or another test that provides the same test result data, the next time data is exported for that user, it will only include the latest test data. 
• Test results from before 2025 may not be available for export.

To export test result data:

1. On your Manage Tests page, move the users for whom you want to export data to a folder.
   • If you need to export data for more than 100 users, create separate folders with groups of 100 or fewer users per folder.

   • Click here for instructions on creating and using folders.

2. After you have moved your users to a folder, click on the folder to open it.

3. Inside the folder, select the users, and then click the Export User Data button .

4. After you've clicked the Export User Data button, a test menu will expand below it. Select the tests you wish to download data for. We suggest downloading data for one test at a time.

5. Click the "Export as .CSV File" button and the file will be downloaded to your device.

6. Repeat the above steps as necessary for additional groups of users.

7. After you have finished exporting the data for your users, go to Export Data Types for information about the exported data.
