Issue: You're trying to send your users tests via the Test Code method and are having issues. Such as,
- They get a message that your account doesn't have enough tests available.
- They're asked to log into an account but they don't have one.
- They can't figure out where to enter the test code.
What's Probably Happening: You may have missed important information in the Test Code instructions. Find solutions below, but please make sure to also read through the Test Code instructions. again to help prevent future issues.
Test Code Issue: When a user clicks your login link, they're being told your account doesn't have enough tests available.
Solution: You need to add more tests to your account or cancel tests that you've already sent to users. After you've done this, it can take up to 30 minutes for our system to refresh and recognize that tests have been added to your account. Wait 30 minutes before telling your user to try again.
Test Code Issue: They're asked to log into an account but they don't have an account.
Solution: Did you add them as users on your Manage Tests page already? If so you need to remove them. See these instructions.
If they are not on your Manage Tests page already, they most likely already have an account that they've forgotten about. Ask them to to attempt to login and use the Problems Logging in link to reset the account password. They'll receive a password reset email. Once they've reset their password, have them try the login link and test code again.
Test Code Issue: They can't figure out where to enter the test code.
Solution: Check to make sure you've given them the correct login link and that they are using it. You can find it in the Test Code Settings area of your Settings tab.
