Sending Tests:
- After logging into your account on the Truity site, click on Truity @ Work in the menu.
- Click on the Settings tab within the Truity @ Work platform to go to the Test Code Settings.
- In this area, you will see your personal login link and a list of 8-digit test codes.

Give your users your personal login link from this page and the appropriate 8-digit test code(s).
- Let your users know to enter their first and last name when they use the link and test code. This will help you keep your users organized and prevent confusion if there are users with the same first name.
Note: Each user may only take a test using a test code once for each test. This is to prevent users from re-taking tests several times, which will use your test credits.
If you need a user to take the same test again, after they already took it once with a test code, send them the test from your Manage Tests page. After you've sent them the test from your Manage Tests page, they can take the test either by clicking the link in the test email or by logging into their account and clicking the link in the test notification in the upper right of the page.
