You can send tests to your group via your own distribution method (instead of sending tests from within our platform). With the Test Code method of sending tests, you give your test-takers a login link and test code.
Test Code Basics: Read Carefully
- Anyone who has your login link and test code can access your tests - It is your responsibility to safeguard this information to make sure no one in your group misuses it. Consider sending tests through the platform if you're concerned people may share your test code information with others.
- You must have pre-purchased tests available - If you do not have tests available in your account when your test-takers use the link you sent them, they won't be able to take a test.
- Your test-takers enter their own names and email addresses into our system - Do not add them as users on your Manage Tests page yourself as this may cause problems when they use your test link. (If you already did, the next step will tell you what to do.)
