If you have already added users to the platform, you must read the information below before using the Test Code method to send tests to those users.
If you would like to use the Test Code method, you should not add users to the platform. Adding users is only required if you are planning to send tests from within the platform. So, if you have added users, that means you have started to send tests using a different method and cannot switch to the Test Code method yet. Trying to use the Test Code method while you have started the process to send tests to those users through the platform will cause problems for your test-takers.
Before you give your users your Test Code information, do the following:
- Cancel any pending tests to those users - Select the users, click the Actions button (the button with the three dots), and select Cancel Tests. Go to Canceling Tests for detailed instructions.
- Remove the users from your Manage Tests page - Select the users, click the Actions button, and click Remove users. Go to Removing Users for detailed instructions.
- Now that you've canceled any pending tests and removed the users, you can move on to using the Test Code method.
It is extremely important that you follow the instructions above if you have already added users to the platform and want those users to take tests using the Test Code method. Failure to do so will most likely result in your group having trouble completing their tests.
